Darren Jalink

Darren is a passionate & driven Commercial Leader with experience gained at various levels across a number of sectors. With a rapid rise throughout his career and with senior executive experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare & Technology sectors he has joined enei to align his commercial experience with his passion & advocacy for Equality & Inclusion.

The majority of his career has been spent within the healthcare sector, across a range of roles from Pharmacy development manager for Walgreens Boots Alliance through to Commercial Director of Circular Wave – Transforming Workforce Development within the NHS.

Darren has a deep belief in the power of businesses & organisations to improve the lives of their staff, customers & wider society. The way organisations think, act & operate has a tremendous impact beyond the easily measured. Enterprises that create an empowered workforce of diverse people, thoughts & opinions are not only successful, they change the very fabric of our society.

Being the diligent person he is, Darren would be the first to point out this isn’t just naive idealism, it has been proven time after time. Away from the day to day, Darren is an avid traveller, always seeking to experience new places, people & cultures. He tries as much as possible to combine this passion with another which is playing Rugby. An effort which at many points has found him playing in some remarkable locations against some formidable opponents and in some quite hilariously devastating weather conditions.
