We love helping organisations navigate the path to inclusion and belonging.

Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.

Anti-racism is the practice of actively identifying and opposing racism in order to actively change policies, behaviours, and beliefs that perpetuate racist ideas and actions. It operates under the understanding that racism is not simply an individual prejudice or bias, but a structural and systemic issue deeply ingrained in societies. Therefore, addressing systemic racism is a time-consuming endeavour and is evolutionary. Anti-racist practice is a vital part of creating a positive workplace that supports every member of staff to do their best work and thrive.

The aim of Anti-Racism training is to create a new set of values and behaviours which are inclusive, equitable, and respectful of all people. Our Anti-Racism training is designed to help participants develop more awareness of racism and how it affects individuals, organisations, and communities. It aims to increase participants’ understanding and challenge existing views and behaviours related to race. The training will provide you with the tools you require to inform your own anti-racism strategy.

The training content includes activities such as interactive discussions, self-reflection, scenario-based discussions, video presentations, and more.

We design and deliver diversity, equality, and inclusion training programmes for everyone, from small teams to entire organisations, either directly or through train the trainer programmes, and work across all disciplines and levels within an organisation, from DEI practitioners through to senior leaders and boards.
