During this session a guest speaker from the Behavioural Insights Team will provide an overview of the importance of data and diversity monitoring, before going on to consider the steps that can be taken to help improve participation levels, with examples of recent research with employers and recruitment platforms.

Following a number of virtual sessions, this in-person Roundtable will provide a great opportunity to network with other enei members.
