Kali Bolawole

Kali comes from a strong experience in educational leadership from a large academy federation, having spent 15 years in the education sector. With a bachelor’s degree in history with race and culture, Kali has spent her time working across various organisations in supporting diversity and inclusion strategies. Working alongside community leaders in North London to deliver programmes to support young people marginalised from education and spending time teaching in the classroom—having mentored early career teachers with over four years of experience. She has helped provide them with the skills, knowledge, and guidance to prepare them for their careers.

Kali has led change community projects, alongside creating inclusive spaces for employees by leading diversity hubs and driving positive social change. She has delivered key training on equality, diversity and inclusion, alongside facilitating steering groups on diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Kali is passionate about ensuring that underrepresented groups are provided with a platform and voice to be included in wider conversations that concern them and is looking forward to sharing her expertise with our members.
