This evolved from the human rights principles set out in 1948 by the United Nations in its Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) as a response to the atrocities of the Second World War.
We are a cause-focused, not-for-profit organisation and take a human rights approach to workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI).
