About Workplace Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
Workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) in Great Britain has the Equality Act 2010 as its legislative framework. This evolved from the human rights principles set out in 1948 by the United Nations in its Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) as a response to the atrocities of the Second World War.

What our members say about working with us…
enei has played a vital role in our diversity and inclusion (D&I) department since joining a year ago. The training has been thought provoking and engaging. It has challenged us to self-reflect on ways to achieve best practices. Our relationship managers have been superb, and they took the time to explain things that were completely new to me and were a great help in tailoring initiatives for HATS. We look forward to continuing to work with enei as it has had a positive impact on our staff and our D&I department.
