Michelle is a creative strategic leader with extensive experience working within complex regulated environments in the health, charity, and commercial sectors. She has a strong track record of designing and developing services from conception to successful delivery to market.  Michelle is an innovative customer focused business professional with a passion for quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement. 

Michelle has spent most of her career in the housing and social care sector, working in a range of roles with the specialist mental health charity Richmond Fellowship, Clarion Housing and most recently as Head of Housing & Regulated Services with Jewish Care, delivering their ambitious new build Retirement Housing portfolio. In 2015 she achieved a career highlight working in partnership with the Amy Winehouse Foundation to open Amy’s Place, a ground-breaking and innovative recovery housing project for women. 

Michelle has lived her life advocating for human rights and always with a strong sense of social justice. She is committed to building happy, diverse, and motivated teams able to achieve high levels of success based on a shared cause, vision and values. She was appointed as a board member of Tonic Housing in October 2021.
