Our collective vision is a world where workplaces are truly inclusive and where all employees have a sense of belonging, are fulfilled, and are productive. Together we are committed to making this a reality.

We work with 400+ UK employer members across public, private, and third sector organisations and have a rapidly growing base of training and consultancy clients to inspire, guide, and offer support throughout each of their inclusion journeys.

The new trustees all have diverse skillsets, bringing yet more expertise to the current Board. These skills include finance, marketing, PR and communications, business development, account management, and service development and delivery.

In November 2020, the organisation welcomed a new Chief Executive and Chair and later appointments of two new Directors to the executive leadership team.

enei CEO Sandi Wassmer commented, “We are all delighted to welcome these five talented trustees at a pivotal time for enei. They are all strategic leaders, established in their fields, with the ability to provide insight and act as ambassadors for our organisation. With them onboard, enei’s future continues to get brighter.”

enei Chair, Darra Singh, added, “Recent social inequalities and social injustices have brought equality, diversity, and inclusion to the fore. There is not only more interest in enei’s work but increased demand for creative and innovative solutions; we are thrilled about our new trustees who will support us in building our position as the UK market leader in workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion.”
