How many people from my organisation can create an enei account?

Everyone with a work e-mail address can create an account to access our resources and events.

How do I access TIDE?

Please complete your registration by visiting the following link: https://tide.enei.org.uk/ and request your unique code from your designated account manager.

Are live events recorded for future viewing?

Yes, they are typically accessible in the video library within a few days of their occurrence.

How do I renew our membership?

Three months prior to your renewal date, your dedicated account manager will notify you about the upcoming renewal of your membership. We advise scheduling a call with your account manager to discuss renewal options and share any feedback you may have. A renewal invoice will be dispatched by the accounts team two months before the renewal date.

Do you provide resources for DEI support outside the UK?

We are a UK-based organisation, and our resources focus on UK legislation but also include best practices that can be used outside the UK. We recommend reaching out to your account manager and asking for support in the specific regions.

When does the TIDE benchmarking take place?

The TIDE portal will close on Friday, 31 May, to allow us to compile all entries and generate our annual benchmark report.

How can I access the e-learning modules?

E-learning modules are distributed as SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) files. These files can be uploaded and seamlessly integrated into your Learning Management System (LMS), making them accessible to all your employees.

How many employees can attend online events, and do we have to pay for these?

Our online events are part of your membership at no extra cost. Anyone from your organisation can sign up and join these events, and there’s no limit to the number of attendees.

How do I book consultancy time with a D&I Lead?

Please reach out to your account manager to schedule consultancy time for a call or to request a content review by the team.

Can we use consultancy time for training needs?

The consultancy hours can be used to review a piece of training material; if you would like a training session delivered to a group of employees, please reach out to your account manager to schedule a scoping call with one of our specialist trainers.

We have a list of some of our training and consultation offerings on our website, accessible here. However, our training and consultancy services extend beyond this list.
