Will Smith is Managing Partner, People & Purpose for Deloitte North and South Europe, with over 20 years of professional experience delivering independent financial audits and assurance services to major listed, private, and international businesses. He has experience across the manufacturing, consumer, retail, and technology industries. Will sits on the Business Executive Leadership Team with specific responsibility for strategic people initiatives across 28 countries and over 50,000 professionals. This includes diversity, equity, and inclusion; international mobility; employee value propositions; and learning and development. He is also Sponsoring Partner for Deloitte UK’s LGBTQ+ network, Proud, and has supported the network in developing several transformative initiatives, including the firm’s Allies Programme.
