Through inclusive and intentional practices, the organisation has built a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Wellbeing and Belonging at Work
This award spotlights an organisation that has implemented extensive and sustainable initiatives, which have substantially enhanced the awareness, well-being, and sense of belonging of its employees.
Inclusive Recruitment Initiative
The winner of this new award will have implemented strategic and sustainable measures to attract, hire, and retain talent from diverse backgrounds, contributing to a more inclusive and representative workforce.
Employee Network Group of the Year
This award honours an employee network group (also known as an employee resource group) that has demonstrated exceptional contributions to advancing diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) within their organisations. We welcome submissions from network groups representing all strands of diversity.
Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Influencer of the Year
The individual who receives this award will be distinguished for their influential role in enhancing the culture within their organisation and wider networks since January 2024. Through their commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI), they will have demonstrated a tangible, positive impact. This award is not restricted to DEI practitioners or senior leaders; it could be anyone who has made a significant and positive contribution.
Inclusive Leader of the Year
This award recognises a senior leader whose inclusive leadership has actively shaped a culture of belonging, equity, and respect. Through their actions, behaviours, and influence, they champion diversity and inclusion within their team and across the wider organisation, driving meaningful, measurable change while inspiring others to lead inclusively.
