enei developed and delivered Allyship training for RLB. From development to delivery, I cannot fault enei. They have been supportive and understanding of our business needs and have tailor-made sessions for our D&I community and the whole business. Attending the actual training session was an incredible experience. The facilitator, Sarah, whose expertise and engaging style made complex concepts easy to understand. Our employees felt empowered and equipped with valuable knowledge and confidence to apply this knowledge. I highly recommend enei and their training.

The enei Inclusive Leadership training, under the guidance of David Watters, has been a transformative experience for the HATS Group. David’s expertise brought a fresh and insightful perspective, leading to invaluable conversations that continue to shape the organisation’s evolving approach to diversity.

What sets this training apart is its interactive and engaging nature. David fostered an inclusive environment where every team member felt encouraged and empowered to share their experiences and insights. The inclusion of practical examples and real-world scenarios significantly enhanced its value, providing the team with tangible strategies applicable to their daily practices.

Beyond the traditional focus on compliance, this training emphasised the paramount importance of cultivating a genuinely inclusive culture. It went beyond checkboxes and statistics, delving deep into the core principles of understanding, respect, and appreciation for the diverse perspectives each team member brings to the table.

Undoubtedly, the training has left an indelible mark on the organisation, and the HATS Group expresses sincere gratitude for the continued positive impact it imparts. As we move forward, I am confident that the lessons learned will contribute to a workplace environment that not only celebrates diversity but fosters a lasting sense of belonging for every member.

As a local authority our work is to provide services to meet the needs of our community and we play a crucial role in shaping the quality of life for our residents. Our remit might be significant, but our budgets are not. enei membership gives us access to expertise we don’t always have in-house and their library of resources is accessible to all our staff at the point they need it. We are half-way through our first year of membership with enei and are highly satisfied by the charity’s expertise, knowledge, and professionalism and we believe that we have received added value already.

Rebecca Elia, our account manager helps us make the most of our consultancy hours and her innovative thinking has improved the quality of some of our internal campaigns. We chose enei to help us become a Disability Confident Leader and as that journey continues, the constructive guidance from Hugh O’Keeffe will ultimately make us better employers.

We have no hesitation recommending enei to organisations that are seeking expertise help in the equality, diversity and inclusion space.

We had an excellent session with Kali about employee network groups and how to boost engagement within these networks. She had a lot of knowledge and provided practical solutions which we have been able to implement. I’d highly recommend utilising the enei consultancy time as you’ll receive tailored advice and guidance to support your unique business strategy.

enei has played a vital role in our diversity and inclusion (D&I) department since joining a year ago. The training has been thought provoking and engaging. It has challenged us to self-reflect on ways to achieve best practices. Our relationship managers have been superb, and they took the time to explain things that were completely new to me and were a great help in tailoring initiatives for HATS. We look forward to continuing to work with enei as it has had a positive impact on our staff and our D&I department.

We arranged an Unconscious Bias session run by David at The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) and had an excellent level of engagement from staff. enei then came back to run an Inclusive Leadership session for our line managers, which again, we were proud of the involvement and engagement from all staff.

I would recommend the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion if anyone is looking for a provider of external sessions, David was so engaging and funny and brought his examples to life, we got great feedback from staff.

I contacted enei initially to organise EDI Train the Trainer training for a small group of people in our organisation. We looked at other providers of such training but decided to go ahead with enei because of the membership and its benefits.

The training was fantastic—our trainer David was very good and equipped us with the skills and knowledge we need to train people in the organisation. He was also so fun to work with. We have been making the most out of the membership since we joined— spreading the word about events and resources among our colleagues and completing the TIDE assessment. We really look forward to working with enei further and making the most of their expertise and networking with other organisations.

The unconscious bias training delivered by Dawn Lewinson on behalf of enei was extremely informative, thought provoking, and engaging.

Virtual training can sometimes be a little tedious or hard to learn however the content of this course was delivered very well, with informative and well created presentation slides. The topic encourages hiring managers to think differently and create a more open approach to recruitment. As our organisation continues the journey to educate our workforce and strengthen the fully inclusive recruitment process this training was very valuable and we will certainly use ENEI training services in the future.
