A quarter of the UK population will experience some kind of mental health problem in a year – with mixed anxiety and depression being the most common mental health condition in Great Britain. Mental health is essential to our overall wellbeing and as important as physical health. When we feel mentally well, we can work productively, enjoy our free time, and contribute actively to our communities. Everyone recognised the importance of wellbeing at work during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we now need to continue this work and maintain the best practice which was developed in those extraordinary circumstances.

The aim of this e-learning course is to raise awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health and wellbeing by providing you with tools and tips on how to do this.

Please note that this training mentions suicide which may be triggering or upsetting for some people.

This engaging e-learning course has been designed for employees at all levels, and it will take approximately 30 minutes to complete; however, it may take longer depending on how long you choose to spend on each activity.
