Ashley is a programme manager at Circl, a social enterprise dedicated to building inclusive leaders and promoting social mobility through the power of coaching. When she’s not supporting businesses and young people from underrepresented backgrounds to develop their leadership skills by day, she’s working with a charity trustee board (InspireUK - The Charity) to provide accessible, therapeutic services to marginalised communities by night. As someone who openly speaks about the relationship between mental health, race (Blackness), and tailored wellbeing support, Ashley believes that everyone deserves the right to receive professional mental health care that truly cares about them.  photo of Yassine SenghorYassine Senghor, Director at Confronting Change. Yassine is an EDI consultant, writer, facilitator, mentor, speaker, sensitivity coach, podcaster and occasional accidental model. Her areas of expertise are LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, building community spaces and creating anti-racist environments and embedding EDI practices & principles through an intersectional lens. As a queer, fat, dark skinned, Black, African immigrant and gender non-conforming woman with a mixed bag of mental health challenges, her passion for equality, equity, and inclusion stems from the core of her very existence. She believes that we all have the power to create the change we want to see in the world – through self-reflection, accountability, and action.
