3. All discussions should be appropriate for the professional audience, which may include people of many different backgrounds.  
4. All contributions made during the session should relate to the subject matter of that session.   
5. Discussion should be framed as openly and inclusively as possible, showing consideration for a diverse range of experiences and perspectives.
