Kerry Kirk, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Onvero

Kerry is an experienced HR and DEI professional with over 30 years of expertise. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, holding senior HR roles in retail, telecoms, and education, before a period of self-employment. In further education, Kerry improved leadership capability by delivering a development programme that included a competency framework and led an overhaul of their equality impact assessment processes to focus on maximising positive impact with limited resources. She also chaired the sector HR Development Network steering group. Kerry takes a pragmatic approach and is committed to improving workplace inclusivity.
