Martin York

Martin is an inclusion consultant, trainer and advocate. He operates across multiple market sectors to help customers enhance their approach to inclusion and accessibility. He is also an experienced business change and transformation consultant.

Delivering across all Equality Act protected characteristics and beyond, Martin has a particular focus on sexual orientation & gender identity, mental health, disability and neurodiversity. He provides consultancy and training on a range of topics including inclusive leadership, recruitment, communications, allies & champions, and employee networks.

Martin has a naturally collaborative approach, quickly developing relationships at all levels up to CxO/Board. He has excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical approach and a sense of pragmatism and creativity to resolve problems and achieve tangible outcomes.

He is a Community Steering Group member for the UK’s first purpose-built LGBT-majority Extra Care housing development and a volunteer role model and facilitator for Diversity Role Models to combat bullying in schools.
