Dana David

Dana comes to enei with a strong background in learning and development, training design and delivery, communications and engagement. She is a CIPD Associate member and is currently studying towards an ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring. Dana has worked both in the private and third sectors, across multiple industries including hospitality, education and social care.

Prior to enei, Dana worked as a Senior Learning and Development Adviser at Jewish Care where she supported the development of over 1,200 employees, launched a new employee recognition programme, and led the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda through multiple initiatives including training, live events, online campaigns, feature stories and staff networks. One of the feature stories written by Dana in celebration of Black Leaders Awareness Day led to a colleagues’ nomination and win of an industry award in 2021.

Originally from Romania, Dana moved to Spain as a teenager and later came to the UK to undertake her MSc in Tourism and Marketing. She has a strong sense of social justice and loves the diversity of culture that London offers.
