Rob Sanders

Rob is responsible for the development and quality assurance of our high-quality training offering for enei’s members and clients.
Rob’s career has been entirely focused on people. He brings a wealth of experience in HR practice, specifically learning and development, gained in various senior roles within the retail, hospitality, leisure, and airline industries. He is passionate about engaging and developing people, specialising in wellbeing and DEI strategy.
Rob is also an advisory board member of the Learning & Performance Institute.
