Claudine Adeyemi is a multi-award winning lawyer and entrepreneur.  She read law at University College London and went on to practice law at Mishcon de Reya where she was an Associate specialising in Real Estate Litigation. In 2014, Claudine founded The Student Development Co. (The SDC), a non-profit organisation providing career-related support to young people from less privileged backgrounds. The SDC supported over 1000 young people.  More recently, Claudine founded a company called CareerEar, an intelligent careers advice and discovery platform enabling employers to empower their employees to attract and retain emerging, diverse talent. The platform features the UK’s first Q&A careers advice service allowing career-seekers to ask career-related questions to industry professionals directly.

Claudine is also a board member of the Employers’ Network for Equality, and Inclusion (enei), advisory board member for upReach and a Global Shaper (an initiative set up by the World Economic Forum).  Claudine has been recognised as a Rising Star in the We Are The City Awards (2016), Brummell Magazine’s 30 Ones to Watch (2018) and in May 2018, Claudine was listed as the EMpower #1 Future Leader as presented by the Financial Times.
