Who is our host?

Dana David, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Onvero

Dana brings extensive experience in learning and development, training design and delivery, communications, and engagement. Her career spans the private and third sectors, with roles across hospitality, education, and social care. Before joining Onvero, Dana was a Senior Learning and Development Adviser at Jewish Care. She launched a new employee recognition programme and led equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives through training, events, campaigns, stories, and staff networks. Originally from Romania, Dana moved to Spain as a teenager and later to the UK to complete an MSc in Tourism and Marketing. She is passionate about social justice and enjoys London’s cultural diversity.
