We love helping organisations navigate the path to inclusion and belonging.
Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.
Neurodiversity is the concept that individuals perceive and engage with the world in a multitude of unique ways. It shouldn’t be assumed that there is only one “right” way of thinking, learning, and behaving and our differences should not be perceived as defects.
Neurodivergent workers bring many skills and talents to the workplace and our Neurodiversity in the Workplace training is designed to educate employers and employees on the benefits of having a neurodiverse workforce. It aims to create an environment that is more understanding and inclusive of people with neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, Tourette’s syndrome, and dyslexia, as well as those with physical disabilities.
Neurodiversity in the Workplace training encourages inclusive, nonjudgmental language as well as addressing common stereotypes and misconceptions of neurodiversity, whilst providing strategies for creating an equitable and accommodating workplace. The training teaches skills for communicating effectively with a neurodiverse workforce and provides the opportunity for employees to gain greater self-awareness of their own abilities and identify how these may both benefit and challenge their work.
We design and deliver diversity, equality, and inclusion training programmes for everyone, from small teams to entire organisations, either directly or through train the trainer programmes, and work across all disciplines and levels within an organisation, from DEI practitioners through to senior leaders and boards.
