Sarah Simcoe (She/Her), Associate Consultant, enei.
Sarah is a globally experienced leader who is passionate about responsible inclusive business, offering thought-leadership in organisational and cultural change that sticks; change that is informed by lived experiences. Sarah is the founder of EMBED and an associate consultant for enei and a respected voice in the field of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
As a certified coach and mentor, facilitator, speaker, and EDI and access auditor, Sarah has supported organisations across sectors and around the world as they look to do differently and better as they embed a culture where people feel they belong. She excels in creating collaborative, inclusive and accessible environments. And as a former disability network chair and coach for many other networks and committees, Sarah taps into her own experiences and lessons learned. She is known for engaging and enabling an organisations greatest asset, its people, in being part of the journey of change in creating an environment of trust, respect, and inclusion.
Joe Sidley, Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA & APAC, Molson Coors Beverage Co.
Internationally experienced talent acquisition leader with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion currently responsible for multiple TA teams across EMEA and APAC for Molson Coors Beverages Company, one of the world’s largest beverage companies. Previously, Joe was Head of Resourcing at a digital transformation consultancy covering the UK and Australia and also lead the European talent acquisition team at ISS. Joe has led internal resourcing and talent functions for several years in the FMCG, technology, engineering, and FM sectors in addition to consultancy experience prior to this.
Joanna McCrae, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Client Solutions Director, PageGroup.
Joanna has worked at PageGroup for sixteen years, spending the majority of her illustrious career as a senior recruitment consultant across sales, marketing, procurement, and HR. Joanna established her reputation as a committed and successful recruiter with clients in the private sector, as well as in the NHS and across local and central Government. Following her passion to improve diversity within the workforce and as a continuation of the work she had done in recruitment, Joanna moved to become the director of the DE&I Client Solutions team in 2022.
She says: “Over the past 10 years I have seen PageGroup as well as our clients evolve on their journey of bringing diversity and inclusion into the workplace. I am passionate about bringing DE&I solutions to life for our clients, and being part of the conversation to ensure no one is left behind.
