We love helping organisations navigate the path to inclusion and belonging.

Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in their workplace. Harassment and bullying are harmful behaviours that are unwelcome and unwarranted and can be detrimental to the workplace and the people involved. They should not be tolerated and can never be justified. Harassment and bullying can include behaviours such as verbal criticism, personal attacks, humiliation, belittling, and exclusion. When harassment and bullying are not managed effectively, this can lead to poor morale, unnecessary staff turnover, absence, loss of productivity, and damage to an organisation’s reputation. Therefore, it is in every employer’s best interests to promote a safe, healthy, and fair work environment for their people.

Our Bullying and Harassment training is designed to educate employees and managers on the signs, effects, and consequences of bullying and harassment in the workplace in order to create a respectful and nurturing work environment.

The training focuses on the company culture and expectations, establishing clear definitions of bullying and harassment, identifying behaviours to be avoided, and providing an understanding of the legal implications. It may also include activities to build awareness of how team members can support one another with affirmative words and actions.

Additionally, Bullying and Harassment training should provide an understanding of the company’s policy, outlining steps to be taken when incidents do occur.

Participants should leave with a greater understanding of the prevalence of bullying and harassment, the importance of creating a safe workplace, and the ramifications of engaging in offensive or inappropriate behaviours.

We design and deliver diversity, equality, and inclusion training programmes for everyone, from small teams to entire organisations, either directly or through train the trainer programmes, and work across all disciplines and levels within an organisation, from DEI practitioners through to senior leaders and boards.
