Inclusive Communication training educates staff at all levels on how to effectively communicate in an inclusive and respectful manner. This type of training helps individuals learn how to be aware of their language choices, recognise any potential forms of bias found in their language, and develop communication practices which are more understanding of and respectful of diversity in culture, age, race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, religion, and more.
