We love helping organisations navigate the path to inclusion and belonging.
Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.
Islamophobia, as defined by the United Nations, is the fear, prejudice, and hatred of Muslims, leading to hostility, harassment, and abuse both online and offline. As of December 2023, the UK has not adopted an official definition of Islamophobia. The information provided here reflects attitudes and behaviors observed in British society and may not apply to global organisations or businesses with international operations.
Our Islamophobia training helps participants understand Islam and address fears or misconceptions about its history, culture, and people. It aims to challenge existing views and behaviours related to Islam, both in and out of the workplace. By promoting education and understanding, the training dispels myths and provides the tools to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all religions and cultures.
The Islamophobia training features engaging activities such as self-reflection exercises, scenario-based discussions, video presentations, and interactive dialogues to create a dynamic and immersive learning experience. Participants will be equipped with the tools necessary to implement the learnings from this training into their everyday lives.
We design and deliver diversity, equality, and inclusion training programmes for everyone, from small teams to entire organisations, either directly or through train the trainer programmes, and work across all disciplines and levels within an organisation, from DEI practitioners through to senior leaders and boards.
