We love helping organisations navigate the path to inclusion and belonging.

Wherever your organisation is on its inclusion journey—whether you’re just starting out, working in an inclusive culture, or anywhere in between—our training and consulting programmes can be customised to meet your needs. We are here to help you progress along the journey and create the sense of belonging we are all striving towards.

As of October 2024, the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill will strengthen protections for workers against sexual harassment. This new legislation requires employers to take ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment, reinforcing existing obligations outlined in the Equality Act, the Human Rights Act 1998, and the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (as amended). This new legislation places a responsibility on employers to create a safe and respectful work environment, ensuring that workers are protected from sexual harassment.

Our Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace training module is designed to equip employers, managers, and colleagues with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent, identify, and respond to sexual harassment, creating safer, more inclusive workplaces.

By attending the Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace training, participants will gain an understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment, the legislative framework surrounding it, and the role that managers and colleagues play in fostering a safe environment. The training includes practical tips on how to intervene and challenge inappropriate behaviour, alongside exploring allyship in preventing sexual harassment and supporting those impacted.

By the end of this session, participants will feel confident in recognising sexual harassment, understanding their legal obligations, and knowing how to take actionable steps to maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace for all.

We design and deliver diversity, equality, and inclusion training programmes for everyone, from small teams to entire organisations, either directly or through train the trainer programmes, and work across all disciplines and levels within an organisation, from DEI practitioners through to senior leaders and boards.
